It is important that carers looking after someone with Alzheimer's disease at home receive plenty of help and support. Respite care to give carers a break is an important part of looking after someone with Alzheimer's disease. Helping to keep someone with Alzheimer's disease safe e. g. preventing them from wandering or from having accidents at home is also important.
