If you're unable to eat any dairy foods, you may not be getting enough calcium in your diet. Talk to your doctor about your diet and try to include non-dairy sources of calcium. Non-dairy foods with calcium include green leafy vegetables, eg broccoli and cabbage, soya beans, tofu, nuts and fish where you eat the bones, eg sardines and pilchards.
