The breast is a body organ made up of fat, connective tissue and gland tissue divided into lobes. The lobes are connected to your nipple by ducts. Breasts are of different sizes, look and feel different at certain times of the month in different women depending on their menstrual cycle. Breasts undergo changes during the different stages of a woman's life e. g. after menopause they become less full or dense. Breast tissue grows into the armpit where there are lymph nodes (glands that are part of your immune system).
