You are likely to make a full recovery from Marburg virus disease but it can take long and there is a risk of complications, eg hepatitis, inflammation of the spinal cord and eye problems. There is no cure and there is no vaccine. Death rates can be kept down by receiving intensive medical support and by using strict hygiene measures to prevent spread.
