Dizziness is when you feel like you might faint, feel unsteady or lose your balance. Dizziness is caused when there is not enough blood getting to the brain, dehydration from vomiting, diarrhoea and fever, heart problems, tumours, headaches, effects of aging, anaemia, infection and stroke. Seek diagnosis and treatment at the nearest health unit if dizziness comes with chest pain, a rapid heartbeat, loss of speech, change in vision or fever.
