Other people will not know you're having your period unless you tell them. When using the right sanitary pad during your period, you should feel comfortable and not hold back from doing the things you usually do. You can still go to school, help at home, see your friends, play sports and so on. Because you are able to enjoy and live your day like any other day, people around you will not notice you are having your period.
