Treatment of infertility or annovulation depends on the cause. It may include surgery to unblock tubes, remove polyps and fibroids; hormonal problems are treated by giving medicine. In some cases, assisted reproductive techniques, eg in vitro fertilisation(IVF), may help. Treating infertility takes time and results may not be achieved quickly.
