Normally uncomplicated cases of ovarian hyperstimulation do not need treatment apart from relieving the symptoms. If you are gaining too much weight or having difficulty in breathing or passing very little urine despite adequate intake of fluids then get medical treatment. Your doctor will give you medicines to help remove excessive build up of fluids in the body and monitor electrolytes.
