Everybody sweats, or perspires. It is a normal and important function; it helps regulate your body temperature. But once in puberty, sweating also causes body odour. Body odour comes from your apocrine glands, the kind of sweat glands that kick in at puberty. Many apocrine glands are in your underarms (armpits).
