Treatment of menopausal bleeding depends on the cause e. g. you may have to have surgery and be given drugs and/or radiation if the cause is cervical cancer. If vaginal infections are the cause they will be treated with medicines. Hormones may be given to make the lining of your vagina strong again to withstand sexual activity.
