1. Ensure your safety first - wear protective gloves while handling the victim
2. Carefully remove any contaminated clothing on the victim
3. Rinse thoroughly the affected part with large amounts of water
4.If available, wash the affected area with warm soapy water to remove any remaining chemicals attached on the skin
5. If the victim handled the poison with bare hands make sure you wash the hands too taking care to wash under the fingernails. Check the hair to ascertain if it was also exposed and wash it too
6. Seek medical help.
