The symptoms of Horner syndrome show on 1 side of the face:droopy upper eyelid, smaller pupil, less sweating on that side of the face. In babies born with Horner syndrome, the affected iris is lighter in colour than the other eye. If you notice any of the symptoms of Horner syndrome, see your doctor.
