If your doctor suspects cerebral palsy, s/he will have your child do tests to confirm the diagnosis e. g. brain scans, EEG and lab tests. If the diagnosis of cerebral palsy is confirmed, you'll be referred for tests for other linked conditions e. g. intellectual, speech, vision and hearing disabilities.
