When you have pneumonia, you may experience difficulty in breathing, breathe fast, have a fever, chills and may suffer chest pain that is worse on coughing or talking a deep breath. Some people feel sick, may have reduced appetite and may even vomit. You may also cough up mucus that is rusty in colour.
