The main symptoms of acute sinusitis are:a nasal discharge, one-sided facial pain which is worse on bending forward, coughing, sneezing, headache, toothache, earache, bad breath, pain around the eyes, facial swelling and /or reddening, visual disturbances. You will probably have a history of poor response to antibiotics.
