Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a condition where the body overproduces skin cells and the body's natural oil. It may occur on the scalp causing scaling and itchiness. Other parts affected are those with many oil-producing glands, eg the back, face and chest. Due to the scaling, it is an annoying condition for people who are sensitive about their appearance.
