The symptoms of allergic rhinitis are irritating. They include nasal stuffiness and congestion, sneezing, watery eyes and dark circles under your eyes. You may also have itchy eyes, nose and ears, changes or loss of smell, a sensation of plugged ears, cough and a scratchy throat. Fatigue and sleeping difficulties are also common.
