Parkinson's disease is often accompanied by other problems, e. g depression, sleep problems, difficulty chewing, urinary problems, constipation and sexual dysfunction. Medications for the disease may cause complications, e. g involuntary twitching or jerking movements of the arms or legs, hallucinations, sleepiness and a drop in blood pressure when standing up.
