Wash your face twice a day with a cleanser or medicated acne wash. Keep your hands away from your face and don't squeeze, prick or pop pimples. Take daily multi-vitamin, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Wash your pillowcase frequently to get rid of oil and dirt build-up. When you're in the sun, wear sunscreen or block with at least a SPF(sun protection factor) of 15.
