Where HIV disease results in lymphoma, you are more likely to develop non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) rather than Hodgkin's lymphoma(also called Hodgkin's disease). Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is the 2nd most common malignancy associated with HIV infection.
