If you have HIV infection, then acute HIV infection or primary HIV infection(also called 'Acute seroconversion syndrome') is the 2nd of 4 stages of the infection that you may experience. It starts after the initial stage(incubation stage) and is followed by the 'latency stage' and with AIDS possibly following the latency stage.
