Kissing the vagina/penis is also called oral sex or mouth sex. Swallowing sperm will not make you pregnant but you could catch a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) through oral sex-you can use a condom to prevent this. Not everyone likes oral sex-only do it if you and your partner are both comfortable with it.
