Visit your midwife 1-6 weeks after delivering. Post Natal Care(PNC) is a check-up to make sure you are recovering well from childbirth and gives advice for you and the baby on staying healthy, child immunizations, family planning, sex after birth and HIV. In case you see any unusual signs like pain, heavy bleeding, foul smelling discharge or fever visit the midwife or doctor as soon as possible.
