Severe abdominal pains - Ectopic pregnancy
Usually, a fertilized egg will move down from the fallopian tube and implant itself on the wall of the uterus. If implantation occurs anywhere outside the uterus, an ectopic pregnancy occurs. It causes abdominal pains and it can be life threatening if left untreated.
