Iron deficiency anaemia
Iron deficiency means that blood doesn't have enough haemoglobin. Haemoglobin is found in red blood cells and helps carry oxygen. Iron helps in the formation of haemoglobin. In menorrhagia, iron levels may be depleted causing deficiency. Signs and symptoms include: paleness, weakness and fatigue.
