Causes of female infertility
Causes of infertility in women include: infection due to STIs (gonorrhoea, chlamydia), infection of the reproductive organs after a miscarriage, unsafe induced abortion or hormonal imbalances, such as approaching menopause. Tubal blockages may prevent the sperm from reaching the eggs.
