Behaviour
Disciplining should be aimed at guiding rather than punishing. Explain why a certain behaviour is not acceptable and follow it up with what to do instead. Instead of praising a child, praise the good behaviour. E.g, instead of saying "good boy" say "your toys are well arranged, good job".
