Treatment
Treatment of amenorrhoea tackles the underlying cause. For example, if amenorrhoea is due to a malfunctioning ovary, hypothalamus or pituitary gland, treatment is aimed at correcting this. In the meantime, you may be put on hormonal replacement therapy to bring back your periods.
