Freezing breast milk
Do not fill the milk to the brim of the container because milk expands when it freezes. Also, do not tighten the lids till the milk is completely frozen. Store it at the back of the freezer. Use the oldest stored milk first. It is safe to freeze breast milk for up to six months.
