Acne - Introduction
Acne starts when oil & dead skin cells clog your pores. If germs get into them, there may be swelling & pus. A few pimples can be mild acne. Severe acne can be hundreds of pimples covering face, neck, chest & back, most common during adolescence due to hormonal changes and oilier skin.
