Breast examination
If you are 20yrs or older, perform self breast examination at least once a month, to understand your breasts and notice abnormal changes. Do it 3 days after your period or on the same date each month. Women 40yrs or older should have a mammogram every 1-2yrs, to check for breast cancer.
