Burns safety - Food temperature

Taste cooked food and heated liquids to make sure they are not too hot for your child. Microwaved food may be unevenly hot and the caregiver should always test it to make sure it's not too hot. Never microwave your baby's bottle. Drinks heated in a microwave may be much hotter than their containers. Heat your baby's bottles with warm water and test them before feeding your baby. Teach your caregiver how to warm and test your baby's food when you are away.
