Malaria symptoms(children) - Uncomplicated malaria
Uncomplicated malaria causes a sensation of cold and shivering also called a cold stage. This is followed by a hot stage characterized by fever, headaches, vomiting and seizures (fits) in young children. Finally, a sweating stage characterized by sweats, normalizing the temperature and tiredness. More commonly, it presents a combination of fever, chills, sweats, headaches, nausea and vomiting, body aches and fatigue.
