Refreezing
It is safe to refreeze food thawed in the fridge even without cooking or previously frozen food after cooking. Leftovers of previously cooked and frozen food may be refrozen only if they were thawed in the fridge. Do not refreeze food left outside the fridge for 2hrs or more.
