Reduced foetal movement - Management

When you suspect that the baby is not playing well, immediately visit your health care provider. The medical provider will establish whether the baby is fine at that moment, and also look for other reasons to explain why the baby is not playing as expected. Some times the baby may be found to be in distress and immediate delivery could be recommended. This could be achieved either vaginally or by caesarean depending on the medical urgency. Occasionally, the baby may be found to be well and you will be advised on what could be done next. Rarely, the baby may be found to have died and your health care provider will advice accordingly.
