Sleeping under long lasting insecticide-treated mosquito nets (LLIN) every night is one of the effective ways of controlling malaria. These nets not only act as a physical barrier between the mosquito and you but also kill and repel the mosquitoes. The net can be washed when dirty with normal soap and water and the insecticide will still be effective.
