Falls - Risk
Children below one year are most at risk. Boys tend to fall more than girls. Children living in overcrowded, hazardous environments are at a greater risk. Other risk factors for falling include: animal riding, inappropriate heights and inadequate supervision of younger children. Ensure young children are supervised at all times and child safety measures are in place.
